By using this website or contacting Lens & Light, you agree to these terms and to any additional service terms confirmed for a specific booking. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or request services.

Services and Scope

Lens & Light provides appointment-based product photography services in Ganja, including studio sessions, product count and style review, reference and shot list review, sample setup approval, photography production, proof gallery review, and edited file delivery as agreed for each project.

Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day where accepted. Any scope changes, added products, or additional editing requests may require a revised quote.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, approved references, and a clear shot list where required. Final delivery depends on the confirmed scope, product condition, approval process, and the time needed for curation and editing, and no exact final image count is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Use conditions, rights handling, and reference controls

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lens & Light retains ownership of the underlying photographs and related creative work. Any license to use final images is limited to the agreed purpose, and no RAW files, rejected files, or broader copyright transfer is implied by default.

Disclaimer and Limitation

Services are provided with reasonable care, but Lens & Light does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, reflections, textures, proportions, or backgrounds from another production. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the direct service value paid for the affected work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Azerbaijan, and any dispute should first be raised with Lens & Light in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
